Spine Solutions, Inc. physical therapy and worksite strategies is an independently owned private practice owned and operated by Gina Sandoval, PT, DPT, CEAS. Dr. Sandoval and her staff of physical and occupational therapists are Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialists with advanced training in ergonomics, jobsite analyses and return to work programs for all musculoskeletal disorders.
Our Industrial Rehab Therapists in the Work Injury Prevention Department work on-site with employees and employers to prevent work related injuries. A wide array of experience in a variety of industries contributes to our program’s success. Our therapists have worked on-site at Boeing, Goodyear, and Seattle Mass Transit; additional work injury programs have been implemented for multiple construction sites, hospitals, laboratories, administrative offices, hotels and grocery stores.
Our Industrial Rehab Therapists in the Physical and Occupational Therapy Department treat patients with work injuries referred from PCPs and specialty medical providers, including occupational, orthopedic, neurology and pain management throughout New Mexico and surrounding states in the clinic and on-site at their workplace. Our therapy providers, holding advanced degrees, are experts in their fields with advanced specialty training as Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialists, Work Conditioning/Hardening experts and in providing onsite injury prevention services.

Company History
The inspiration behind Spine Solutions began when Gina Sandoval was just 13 years old. Her father, a sheet metalist, became seriously ill, leaving the family uncertain about his ability to return to work. The fear and insecurity of that time left a lasting impression, instilling a deep passion for helping workers stay healthy and employed—a passion that ultimately led to the creation of Spine Solutions.
Gina believes that keeping people healthy and working is essential—not just for business success but for families to provide and thrive. A strong workforce supports both individual households and the broader community.
After earning a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, Gina traveled across the U.S. as a physical therapist, much like traveling nurses, gaining exposure to diverse industries and work environments. While completing her Doctorate, she continued hands-on work in the field, further refining her expertise in workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation.
Her journey led her to establish her first clinics in New Mexico before working as a physical therapist at Boeing’s headquarters in Seattle. There, she observed real-world job practices on airplanes, implementing safety protocols and treating employees across all roles—from custodians to pilots. It was in this environment that she developed the vision for Spine Solutions, shaping it into the full-service, health-enabling company it is today.
