This isn’t just another clinic setting — it’s part of a broader network of therapy professionals across the region, with more than two dozen therapists who are passionate about helping people move, feel, and live better. Opportunities may also be available in other nearby communities.
Why You’ll Love It Here:
- 1-on-1, 40-minute sessions, no overlap
- $3,000 per year for educational expenses such as courses, certifications, or conferences
- Encouragement and support for specialization and continuing education
- Work with peers who inspire, challenge, and support you every day
- Competitive compensation and benefits, including: Paid Time Off (vacation/sick) with accrual/carry-over provisions; retirement plan options; health, vision, and supplemental insurance; paid professional association dues and licensing fees; malpractice insurance; holiday pay for recognized holiday
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized patient care through one-on-one sessions
- Use manual therapy techniques and exercise-based interventions
- Assess, develop, and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure best practice and continuity of care
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualities & Skills We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing
- Strong clinical skills, especially in manual therapy and therapeutic exercise
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, able to work with autonomy while also contributing to a team environment
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning
Additional Perks
- Autonomy in choosing patient types or clinical focus areas
- Bonuses or incentives tied to individual and clinic performance metrics
- Support for residency/fellowship opportunities (with a mutual commitment)
